At MYPRO Ladders, we strive to provide you with a seamless and reliable delivery service for your orders. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our delivery policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience.

  1. Checking Your Order: Upon delivery, it is important to carefully inspect the items and ensure that they are in good condition. Please verify that the quantity of items received matches the quantity you are signing for. If any items are damaged or if there is a discrepancy in the quantity, kindly refuse the delivery and immediately contact our sales team. We will arrange for a prompt replacement to be sent out to you.

  2. Reporting Shortages: In the event of any shortages, please notify us promptly. This will allow us to investigate the issue with our couriers and trace the missing items. We emphasize the importance of thoroughly checking your goods at the time of delivery as you are signing for them in good condition. Please ensure that they are indeed in good condition.

Note: Signing for goods as "Unchecked," "Not Checked," or similar variations is not acceptable. Additionally, deliveries signed for by a neighbor are not acceptable. For businesses, orders must be delivered to the trading address and not the site address.

  1. Delivery Date Agreement: Once a specific delivery day has been agreed upon, we will notify you via text and email. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your goods arrive on the agreed-upon day. If you know that you will not be available to receive the delivery, please respond to the text message and inform the delivery company. However, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising from late or non-delivery of your order or part thereof. Our liability is limited to refunding any surcharges you may have paid for services that we were unable to fulfill. We strongly advise against scheduling contractors, fitters, or workmen who require the items in your order to be on-site before the order has arrived and been thoroughly checked.

  2. Title and Risk: Title and risk of the goods shall pass to you, the purchaser, upon delivery and receipt by our courier of a signed delivery note.

  3. Returns for Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery at the point of delivery for reasons such as the item being "too heavy," "too long," "too short," or "not suitable," please understand that the item will only be credited when it is returned to us by our courier in an undamaged and saleable condition. Once received, we will credit the cost of the goods in full, excluding the cost of return carriage to our warehouse at a standard rate of £25.00 plus VAT. Please note that some items may incur a restocking charge if they are non-standard. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully check all sizes, weights, and descriptions before placing your order.
