By placing an order with MYPRO Ladders, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions take precedence over any terms and conditions provided or referred to by the customer. However, these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order with us, it will be considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Dispatch of the ordered goods will signify our acceptance of your offer and establish a legally binding contract between Laderro Ltd (the seller) and you (the purchaser) under these Terms and Conditions.
DESCRIPTIONS
All pictures and illustrations displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to represent the products as accurately as possible, there may be instances where alternative pictures are used to closely resemble the product. We make every effort to provide accurate material descriptions, sizes, heights, and weights of our products. However, due to the constant development of our product range, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy, and such information should be considered as a guide rather than a guarantee.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges, as indicated within the specified time and geographical restrictions. The total price shown in your shopping cart during checkout is the final price you will be charged. A full VAT invoice will be emailed to you upon completion of the order process. Please check your email inbox for this receipt, as we do not send receipts by post.
Paying for your order is simple, and we offer various payment options, including credit or debit cards, as well as payment platforms such as Stripe, Klarna, or PayPal.
All orders must be paid in full, and payments must be accepted and fully cleared before we dispatch any products. Please note that non-instant payment methods may require additional processing time. If you need assistance or advice regarding payment, please contact our Sales Team.
DELIVERY
Once a specific delivery day has been agreed upon, we will notify you via email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your goods arrive on the agreed-upon day. If you anticipate not being available to receive the delivery, please respond to the email and notify the delivery company accordingly. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for any consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from late or non-delivery of your order or any part thereof. Our liability is limited to refunding any surcharges paid for unfulfilled services. We kindly advise against scheduling contractors, fitters, or workmen who require the items in your order to attend the site before the order has arrived and been thoroughly checked by you.
The title and risk of the goods are passed to you upon delivery and receipt of a signed delivery note by our courier. Please note that items ordered, delivered, and refused at the point of delivery (e.g., due to size, weight, or suitability) will only be credited when the item is returned to us by our courier in an undamaged and saleable condition. The cost of the goods will then be credited in full, excluding the return carriage cost to our warehouse, which is charged at a standard rate of £25 plus VAT.
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us as soon as possible of any damages or the need for a return. You may return an item within 24 hours of receiving it for a full refund. To initiate a return, please inform us in writing by email, within these 24 hours, and return the goods unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The returned goods must be in a saleable condition and accompanied by the sales receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately insured during their return journey.
You are responsible for returning the item and covering all carriage costs unless the returned goods are defective through no fault of your own. In such cases, we will refund the return transport.
